Even with all the brand’s expertise, there was a problem…
The 4Leads team identified that the company's old website did not meet the needs of managers or its customers.
The reason is simple: it was made on a generic website platform. As a result, there was no compatibility with current technologies and possible necessary updates. Furthermore, the data structure and architecture of the site was not SEO Friendly.
Aware Force, until then, worked with subscription content. The entire sales process was done manually via email. However, the objective for the future was to create a more automated process, through the website. Furthermore, the company's strategic management identified the opportunity to offer personalized cybersecurity content to companies through e-commerce.
Therefore, as the old website was incompatible with the company's vision of the future, it was not possible to have a functional e-commerce with all the necessary attributes for Aware Force to be able to sell its cybersecurity products on a large scale.
It was necessary to define objectives to outline assertive strategies
4Leads then defined objectives as:
• Modernize the website layout
• Improve website speed and performance
• Maintain organic traffic and page positioning in search engines
• Improve user experience with a focus on conversion and contracting services

Low impact migration plan
We developed a plan for content migration, without impacting website traffic and positioning. We also created a redirection spreadsheet for URLs that would be modified.
Another important step was checking on-page elements that could be optimized to improve search performance on search engines. And we also carried out a study of competitors, focusing on positioning, architecture and user experience (UX).

Website creation
First of all, we establish a schedule for the development of the new website. We ensured that the website was delivered with HTTPS protocol and support for AMP pages.
We also tested the website before launch, especially the forms part and other crucial features.
To achieve the objectives, we developed a responsive design for better performance and compatibility on different devices.

Measuring the results
It is not enough to create a website with all the attributes and create valuable content. Results need to be measured!
Therefore, we define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as: number of visits, leads generated, sales opportunities, and sales made. Furthermore, we monitor and evaluate the performance of the new website based on established indicators.
